By creating an account, processing a payment through Stripe, or accessing our live-indexed search platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Our platform provides subscribers with specialized digital tools tailored for conservative news consumption and research, including:
– An ad-free web search engine powered in part by third-party infrastructure (including the Brave Search API).
– A privacy-focused experience featuring no user tracking or behavioral profiling.
– A customizable news feed aggregated from over 200 conservative media and commentary sources.
– Real-time breaking news alerts and trending topics tracking.
– An interactive meme generator tool for creating custom community content.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations
– Recurring Billing: Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe, depending on the subscription tier you select at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it.
– Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle; no partial refunds or credits are provided for unused days unless required by law.
– Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with advance notice provided to active members prior to their next billing cycle.
4. User Conduct and Content Policies
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. When using our customizable feeds, search features, or meme generator, you agree not to:
– Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or maliciously deceptive.
– Violate the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of any third party.
– Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise the integrity of our live index, database infrastructure, or servers.
– Use automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized scripts to extract data from our search engine or feeds.
5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Data
– Platform Ownership: All proprietary software, custom layouts, user interfaces, branding, and original platform code are our exclusive property.
– Third-Party Attribution: Portions of our search functionality rely on external data tools such as the Brave Search API. Trademarks, third-party headlines, and external source content aggregated within feeds remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Because our platform aggregates live news indices and real-time feeds, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of search results, trending topics, or breaking news alerts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, revenue, or profits—arising out of or related to your use of the ad-free search engine, customizable feeds, or membership features.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When updates are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
