1. Membership Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring membership subscription at any time directly through your account membership dashboard or by contacting our support team.
To avoid being billed for the subsequent billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
2. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel your membership, you will not lose access immediately. You will retain your paid member privileges and ad-free access for the remainder of your current pre-paid billing period. Once that period ends, your account will transition to a non-member status.
3. Refund Policy
Because Search The Right provides immediate access to digital tools, proprietary search engines, and premium features upon signup:
– All membership fees and recurring subscription charges are strictly non-refundable.
– We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that rare, extenuating billing errors or technical issues can occur. If you believe you were charged in error or experience extraordinary circumstances, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Review and resolution of such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
