In an incredible statement to CNN, pollster Frank Luntz admitted that Donald Trump, unlike other Republicans, has great poll nunbers with union workers. This news comes after the UAW filed lawsuit against both Musk and Trump, claiming that both illegally threatened striking workers.
Luntz noted that, unlike what you see in the media, Trump has massive appeal among union members:
“Donald Trump is doing better among the average union member, not teachers’ unions and not the unions for government, but everybody else, the trades, people work with their hands. He’s doing better among them than any Republican has done in decades.”

The pollster also stated that there is a large divide between the UAW’s leadership and its members who feel that they are out of touch.
